We want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and wish the best for all in 2012.  We are going to start the year off with a very special guest on January 12th.  It doesn’t matter if you do judo or not, or even know what judo is, you are not going to want to miss this seminar on January 12th, at OKCDT Judo at 5pm.  The clinic will feature Matt Marcinek, the disabled grappler.  Matt is a former high school wrestler and current judo and jiu jitsu competitor from Scranton, PA.  Matt has a fantastic motivational speaking seminar on perseverance and overcoming adversity to become successful.  Matt has Cerebral Palsy and I guarantee anyone that comes to this seminar will leave with a better perspective.  The seminar is free, but donations will be accepted and appreciated.  Juniors are welcome to wear their gi’s and get on the mat during the seminar.
