During the following week, we will have the juniors 6pm and adult 7pm classes as usual. Tanks to Jim Yates for hethe juniors the juniors class.

We would like to announce that we will be offering a new class on Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays effective this week.  The class is a junior grappling class, which will be a fusion of judo, jiu jitsu and wrestling.  The class will predominantly be for competitors who would like to compete  in NAGA (North American Grappling Association), Freestyle Judo and various other grappling tournaments.

This is a great combination class for junior wrestlers to participate in during the off season.  For more information, call Mike at 405-295-5836, or Cord at 405-819-6788.
